Brand Ambassador Terms of Use
As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of ONE N ONLY Entertainment, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting ONE N ONLY Entertainment as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely for the purpose of legally advertising our website to earn commissions on memberships and products purchased by individuals you refer to ONE N ONLY Entertainment via your website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the ONE N ONLY Entertainment Affiliate Program (“Program”), you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
2. Commissions
- Commissions will be paid once a month. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
- Self-referrals are not allowed, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
- Payments will only be made for successfully completed transactions. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
3. Termination
Your affiliate status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass emails, mass newsgroup postings, etc.).
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under Federal Trade Commission guidelines or applicable state laws.
- Violation of intellectual property rights. ONE N ONLY Entertainment reserves the right to require license agreements from those using our trademarks to protect our intellectual property rights.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or other forms of kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive (adding bonuses or bundling products with ONE N ONLY Entertainment is acceptable).
- Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected Affiliate fraud.
ONE N ONLY Entertainment reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
4. Affiliate Links
- You may use graphic and text links on your website and in your email messages. You may also advertise the ONE N ONLY Entertainment site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
- You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or create your own as long as they comply with the conditions outlined in the Termination section.
Code of Conduct
ONE N ONLY Travel Services LLC prides itself on professionalism, which is built on the foundation of a few simple rules we ask you to follow when representing ONE N ONLY:
- No Egos
- Be Accountable
- Treat everyone as you would want to be treated
- Do not publicly insult anyone
- Diffuse negativity; always be positive and find common ground
- Don’t promote illicit activities (i.e., illegal drugs, violence, underage drinking)
- Keep it Classy
- Focus on Wellness
- Have fun!
Marketing & Promotions
As a Brand Ambassador, your responsibilities include:
- Spreading the word and selling ONE N ONLY travel packages and event tickets.
- Sharing, liking, and commenting on all requested ONE N ONLY posts.
- Contributing to ONE N ONLY’s social media and brand awareness each week through your personal Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc., with a corresponding link to more information.
- Sending out mass invites to ONE N ONLY event pages on Facebook.
- Supporting ONE N ONLY’s network of partners.
- Attending bi-weekly Brand Ambassador Team Meetings.
Liability
ONE N ONLY Entertainment will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (e.g., loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any other results of intents of harm to the Program and/or our website(s).
We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by ONE N ONLY Entertainment. We do not guarantee that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
We may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continued participation in the Program will indicate your acceptance of any changes.
Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ONE N ONLY Entertainment and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising from any claims related to this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of the Affiliate.
Electronic Signatures Effective
This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the ONE N ONLY Entertainment affiliate program. By completing the ONE N ONLY Entertainment application process, you create an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
