Upon your arrival, please present your photo ID to the hotel staff at the check-in counter for your room key!

Be aware there are multiple Best Westerns in the area. This is a DIFFERENT hotel than previous years.

YOUR ROOMMATE ACCOMMODATIONS

Check your email for your room/roommate arrangements. Final rooming list email coming soon! We will email and text you once it’s sent.

ROOMING ISSUES?

Fill out the ‘Rooming Error’ form in the email.

Check-in

Check-in starts at 3:00PM. If you arrive past Midnight you must let the hotel know. Early check-in is based on availability and may be subject to a fee.

Check-out

Check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request.

PARKING

Parking is free.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Breakfast hours are from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends. The breakfast includes both hot and cold options.

CHECKING INTO YOUR ROOM

To check into your room, head to the front desk in the hotel lobby. Each name on our rooming list will be on the hotel’s master rooming list. All you will need is to present your ID and you’ll get a room key for your room! Check in starts at 3:00 PM but you can try to get early check-in. Early check-in is based on availability and subject to a fee up to $25 for early check-in. If you have ANY issues checking in, please call our Support HOTLINE above and our onsite staff will help!

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

There is a $100 refundable deposit upon check-in. This will be refunded back to your card after check-out.

Daily Shuttles

Due to very limited shuttle space, Please keep in mind and board only during your specific scheduled departure time! (Shuttle time email coming soon. Not sent yet)

SWITCHING SHUTTLE TIMES:

If you want to change your shuttle departure time we will have a ‘Standby Line’ in which you can attempt to board at a different time. We will board all the scheduled guests first, then IF there is space you will be able to board on a first come first board basis. Arrive early! 

WRISTBANDS

Pick up your shuttle wristband in the hotel lobby during registration hours — Just Bring Your ID! If you made a purchase for a friend or group they must be present.

Friday: 3:00pm-6:00pm

Saturday: 11:30pm – 3:00pm

Our hotel: 13700 SW 139th Court, Kendall, FL 33186, US – Our reps will show you where to board when picking up your wristband. Make sure to look out for ONO Staff, Signs and Totems.

END OF THE NIGHT PICKUP LOCATION

Our team will show you exactly where to meet us at the end of the night. Do not look for the shuttle, go to this meet spot and our reps will walk you to the shuttle. We will also update the website and send a text blast with the exact location.

IF YOUR SHUTTLE LEAVES BEFORE YOU CHECK-IN

If you check into the hotel after your scheduled shuttle departure time, jump in the standby line for a later departure. There is plenty of space on the 6PM shuttle.

IF YOU WANT TO CATCH YOUR SHUTTLE BEFORE CHECKING INTO YOUR ROOM

You can leave your bags at the hotel lobby or with an ONO Rep if you prefer to catch your shuttle and check in after the festival.

An email is coming soon with the final rooming list, confirming your chosen shuttle times, and final reminders! We will send an email and a text blast once this is complete.
