Before you ride
Pick up your wristband at the shuttle before boarding. Arrive about 15 minutes before your dedicated departure time and bring a valid ID. If you purchased for a friend or group, each rider must be present.
No. If you have a 3-Day Shuttle Pass, you only need to complete wristband check-in once.
No. Festival admission is purchased separately.
Packages are non-refundable. The current page states that guests may have the option to resell their package.
