Cancellation Policy for One N Only Travel Packages

 

At One N Only, we recognize that life is unpredictable, and plans may need to be adjusted at a moment’s notice. In our commitment to providing exceptional service, we’ve carefully crafted a cancellation policy that balances flexibility with the integrity of our offerings. We understand the importance of ensuring that our customers feel supported and empowered throughout their journey with us. Hence, we’ve developed the following cancellation policy for our travel packages, designed to accommodate various circumstances while upholding the standards of our services.

 

Non-Refundable Policy:

 

To guarantee your exciting experience and secure essential reservations, all One N Only travel packages are non-refundable. Once you confirm your booking and complete payment, you’re good to go! While we understand unforeseen situations arise, and cannot offer refunds under any circumstances, we appreciate your understanding. Your purchase directly supports our commitment to organizing exceptional events. This policy is in place because we immediately secure your accommodations and transportation upon booking, ensuring your spot for the adventure ahead.

 

Transparency is key: Upon making your purchase, we promptly fulfill our obligations by paying the hotel, shuttle company and other providers in advance to confirm your spot. This ensures a seamless experience for all attendees.

 

Resale Option:

 

While packages are non-refundable, customers have the option to resell their package to another party. One N Only allows customers to transfer their package to another individual or group, but requires the following information from the new party to complete the transfer:

 

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

 

The original purchaser remains responsible for finding a buyer and managing the entire transfer process, including collecting this information and notifying One N Only of the transfer request.

 

One N Only can assist with reselling your package if the event is sold out. We will sell your package to people on the waitlist. However, finding a buyer remains your ultimate responsibility.

 

Please note:

 

  • The new party must meet all eligibility requirements for the original package.
  • One N Only reserves the right to deny any transfer request if the new party does not meet these requirements or if the transfer is deemed fraudulent.
  • We recommend contacting our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance with the transfer process. They will be happy to guide you through the steps and answer any questions you may have.

 

Roll Over Option:

 

In addition to the resale option, customers also have the choice to roll over their package to the following year’s event. This option allows customers to retain the value of their package and use it for a future event hosted by One N Only on packages of simmilar cost. Customers must inform us of their decision to roll over their package at least 30 days prior to the original event date.

 

Deadline for Modifications:

 

Requests for resale or roll over options must be submitted to One N Only at least 30 days prior to the event date. Any requests received after this deadline may not be accommodated.

FAQ’s

Can I get a refund if I missed my shuttle?

You generally cannot receive a refund for a missed shuttle, even if accidental. One N Only may rebook you on another shuttle, if available.

What happens if I don't show up and use my shuttle pass?

If you are a no-show for your scheduled shuttle, please be aware of the following:

  1. 🚫 No Refunds: Unfortunately, if you miss your shuttle without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. Our shuttle service is non-refundable, as we have reserved your seat and made arrangements based on your booking. 💸😔
  2. 🙅‍♂️ No Transfers: Similarly, if you are a no-show, you will not be able to transfer your shuttle pass to another event or date. Each shuttle pass is valid only for the specific event and date for which it was purchased. 📅🔄
  3. 🚌 Catch the Next Available Shuttle: However, if you still wish to attend the festival on the same day, you can head to the shuttle departure area and board the next available shuttle. Please note that space on subsequent shuttles is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 🤞😊
  4. 📞 Communicate with Us: If you know in advance that you won’t be able to make your scheduled shuttle, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. While we may not be able to offer a refund or transfer, we appreciate your communication and will do our best to assist you with alternative options. 😊💡
