We then use those survey results to thoughtfully match you with other solo attendees or groups that seem like a harmonious fit. Our goal is to put together roommate crews that will gel amazingly!

Around 2-3 weeks  before the event, we’ll send out proposed room assignments for you to review and confirm. If you’re already rolling with a friend crew, just let us know and we’ll make sure to bunk your squad together.
