2-Day & Single-Day Roundtrip Shuttle Passes
Daily rides to and from Force Fields on the official party shuttles from two different locations – Fairfield by Marriott Eau Claire & Suites Chippewa Falls and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chippewa Falls. -
Guaranteed Pickup & Drop-Off at the venue
We work directly with Force Fields for approved access to our own secure shuttle zone. Don’t leave your transportation up to chance — Use the official shuttle for a stress-free experience in and out of the festival. -

DAILY SHUTTLES
WRISTBANDS
Pick up your shuttle wristband at the shuttles prior to boarding during registration hours — Just Bring Your ID! If you made a purchase for a friend or group they must be present.
WRISTBAND REGISTRATION HOURS
Friday: 12:00pm-6:30pm
Saturday: 12:00pm – 6:30pm
If you have a 2-day shuttle pass, you only need to check in once.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in starts at 3:00PM. If you arrive past Midnight you must let the hotel know. Early check-in is based on availability and may be subject to a fee but is typically free. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request.

Parking is free.
CHECKING INTO YOUR ROOM
To check into your room, head to the front desk in the hotel lobby. Each name on our rooming list will be on the hotel’s master rooming list ONCE the final rooming list is submitted. All you will need is to present your ID and you’ll get a room key for your room!
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
There is a one time $100 refundable deposit upon check-in. This will be refunded back to your card after checkout.
Rooming &
ROOMMATES
Pick your roommates or have us match you with other ONO travelers just like yourself!
A great way to save money and make new friends.
- Each room comes with two queen beds and is assigned four roommates.
- If you know who you want to room with, choose your roommates by completing a roommate request form after checkout.
- If you are going solo or in a group smaller than 4, we’ll fill the room with other ONO members.
- We’ll match you with other ONO travelers who match your age, gender, and music interests, via our roommate questionnaire.
- If you can’t fill the room and if you don’t want additional roommates, check out our room upgrade options.
- If you are going solo and want your own bed but still want roommates grab the Solo Bed Upgrade at check out
- Each guest must have their own Hotel & Shuttle Package to access their room and shuttle.
