Daily Party Shuttles
Ride in style with daily round-trip shuttles between our hotel and the festival.

Affirm Plan – Spread payments over up to 6 months.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in starts at 3:00PM. If you arrive past Midnight you must let the hotel know. Early check-in is based on availability and may be subject to a fee but is typically free. Check-out is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request.

Parking is free.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Holiday Inn Miami West offers a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast to its guests. Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends.

CHECKING INTO YOUR ROOM

To check into your room, head to the front desk in the hotel lobby. Each name on our rooming list will be on the hotel’s master rooming list ONCE the final rooming list is submitted. All you will need is to present your ID and you’ll get a room key for your room!

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

There is a one time $100 refundable deposit upon check-in. This will be refunded back to your card after check-out.

We offer two ways to book your stay:
Each room starts with 2 Queen Beds and fits 4 guests
- Shared Room Option – Book one spot in a shared room with other ONO travelers. We pair roommates based on interests, preferences, and vibe—and we keep it respectful:
  - Boys are paired with boys
  - Girls with girls
  - Couples with couples
  Want your own bed but still prefer a shared room? Just add the Solo Bed Upgrade to your order.
  
  We’ll introduce you to your roommates in advance so you can coordinate arrivals and plan your weekend together!
- Room Buyout Option – Want to stay with your own group or enjoy full privacy? Buy out the entire room!
  - You’ll need 4 Hotel & Shuttle Packages to fully buy out a room
  - Book all 4 under one reservation, or each person can book separately—just use the Roommate Request Form after checkout so we can link you together.
Custom Group Room Setups

Have less than 4 people in your group but still want your own private room with no additional roommates? No problem—Secure a Hotel & Shuttle Package for each guest with the appropriate Room Upgrade at checkout. You only need 1 upgrade per room.
- 3 Guests in One Room? Add the Triple Occupancy Upgrade (comes with 2 Queen beds)
- 2 Guests in One Room? Add the Double Occupancy Upgrade
  - Choose between a Single King or Double Queen setup
- Want the Room to Yourself? Add the Single Occupancy Upgrade (automatic King Bed upgrade)

WRISTBANDS

Pick up your shuttle wristband in the hotel lobby during registration hours — Just Bring Your ID! If you made a purchase for a friend or group they must be present.

SHUTTLE PICKUP LOCATION

Our hotel: 7707 NW 103rd St, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33016 – Our reps will show you where to board when picking up your wristband. Make sure to look out for ONO Staff, Signs and Totems.

Each Hotel & Shuttle package includes:

1 seat

on our daily private shuttle to the festival from our hotel and back.

Choose between three different Departure times listed below. The event starts Friday March 27 and Concludes Sunday March 29.

This is when your shuttles LEAVE. Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to board your shuttle.

END OF THE NIGHT PICKUP LOCATION

Meetup Location:
Our team will show you exactly where to meet us at the end of the night. Do not look for the buses, go to this meet spot and our reps will walk you to the shuttles. We will also update the website and send a text blast with the exact location.

IF YOUR SHUTTLE LEAVES BEFORE YOU CHECK IN

If you check into the hotel after your scheduled shuttle departure time, jump in the standby line for a later departure. There is plenty of space on the 6PM shuttle.

IF YOU WANT TO CATCH YOUR SHUTTLE BEFORE CHECKING INTO YOUR ROOM

You can leave your bags at the hotel lobby or with an ONO Rep if you prefer to catch your shuttle and check in after the festival. Or book an additional day upgrade to arrive the night before or to guarantee early check-in!

CAN I SWITCH MY SHUTTLE TIME LATER?

Guests are required to stick to their selected shuttle time. However, time change requests will be available leading up to the event. Reach out to our support email to request a change. If you’d like to change your shuttle time on the day of, a ‘Standby’ line will also be available—first come, first board!

Jump on any ONO return shuttle. No need to pick in advance! Arrive 10 minutes before departure time.

Once you book, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your reservation details. Shortly after, we’ll send you a registration form to gather your rooming preferences and any roommate contact info. This ensures we can keep everyone in the loop! From there, we’ll send timely updates, including:

Final rooming lists for your approval
Shuttle reminders and details
Your roommate’s contact info
How to check into your room
And answers to any remaining questions you may have!

Packages are non-refundable. However, you do have the option to either resell the package or roll it over to the following year.
