The Resort and Conference Center has it all! Onsite dining options including a marketplace and coffee shop. Enjoy some air-hockey or billiards in the arcade, a pub-style menu with full cocktail bar at Sports Bar and Games. Or relax in the Florida sunshine poolside with your favorite tropical drink!

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in starts at 4:00PM. If you arrive past Midnight, you must let the hotel know. Early check-in is based on availability and may be subject to a fee, but is typically free. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request.

We offer a complimentary, hot dinner to our guests upon arriving from EDCO each night.

CHECKING INTO YOUR ROOM

To check into your room, head to the front desk in the resort lobby. Each name on our rooming list will be on the hotel’s master rooming list ONCE the final rooming list is submitted. All you will need is to present your ID and you’ll get a room key for your room!

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

There is a one time $100 refundable deposit upon check-in. This will be refunded back to your card after check-out.

A great way to save money and make new friends.

  • Each room comes with two queen beds and is assigned four roommates.
  • If you know who you want to room with, choose your roommates by completing a roommate request form after checkout.
  • If you are going solo or in a group smaller than 4, we’ll fill the room with other ONO members.
  • We’ll match you with other ONO travelers who match your age, gender, and music interests, via our roommate questionnaire.
  • If you can’t fill the room and if you don’t want additional roommates, check out our room upgrade options.
  • If you are going solo and want your own bed but still want roommates grab the ‘Solo Bed’ Upgrade at check out
  • Each guest must have their own Resort & Shuttle Package to access their room and shuttle.

WRISTBANDS

Pick up your shuttle wristband in the resort lobby during registration hours — Just Bring Your ID! If you made a purchase for a friend or group they must be present.

SHUTTLE PICKUP LOCATION

Our hotel: 6515 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819 – Our reps will show you where to board when picking up your wristband. Make sure to look out for ONO Staff, Signs and Totems.

Each Resort & Shuttle Package includes:

1 seat

on our daily private shuttle to the festival from our resort and back.

Choose between four different Departure times listed below. The event starts at 1:00PM and ends 12:00AM daily. There will be a place to store your luggage if you decide to check into your room after returning from EDC.

On Friday Only we will have an optional 6:30PM shuttle departure for anyone who arrives late and can’t make their original departure time.

Jump on any return shuttle. No need to pick in advance! There will be enough shuttle to take everyone home in one swoop.

This is when your shuttles LEAVE. Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to board your shuttle.

END OF THE NIGHT PICKUP LOCATION

Meetup Location:
Our team will show you exactly where to meet us at the end of the night. Do not look for the buses, go to this meet spot and our reps will walk you to the shuttles. We will also update the website and send a text blast with the exact location.

IF YOUR SHUTTLE LEAVES BEFORE YOU CHECK-IN

If you check into your room after your scheduled shuttle departure time, jump in the standby line for a later departure. We have an optional 6:30 PM shuttle for Friday only.

IF YOU WANT TO CATCH YOUR SHUTTLE BEFORE CHECKING INTO YOUR ROOM

You can leave your bags at the front desk with the resort staff if you prefer to catch your shuttle and check in after the festival. Or book an additional day upgrade to arrive the night before or to guarantee early check in!

CAN I SWITCH MY SHUTTLE TIME LATER?

Guests are required to stick to their selected shuttle time. However, time change requests will be available leading up to the event. Reach out to our support email to request a change. If you’d like to change your shuttle time on the day of, a ‘Standby’ line will also be available—first come, first board!

How do I get my wristband?

Get ready to kick off your adventure with a smile! 🌈 Just a quick heads-up: your wristband won’t be coming in the mail. Instead, to snag your wristband, simply swing by the check-in area at our designated bus spot before you hop on. Our friendly staff will be there, beaming with excitement, ready to greet you and hand out wristbands to all our awesome passengers. It’s your golden ticket to breezing into the event with ease and style, ensuring a seamless start to your unforgettable experience!

Can someone make a purchase for me?

If someone else is making the purchase on your behalf, no problem at all. 🌟 All they need to do is go ahead with the purchase as normal. Once that’s done, just send us the purchaser’s name, email, phone number and address. We’ll take care of transferring the ticket directly into your account. And if you don’t have an account with us yet, don’t worry – we’ll set one up for you to make sure everything’s ready for your amazing experience.
