Official shuttle times
Choose your departure time when booking. Arrive 15 minutes early. On the way home, jump on any scheduled return shuttle.
Pick up your shuttle wristband in the Best Western lobby. Bring your ID, and every guest receiving a wristband must be present.

You may use any return shuttle. The exact end-of-night meetup point will be shared by the ONO team through website updates and text alerts.
Book with your own group and submit roommate names after checkout, or choose the Shared Room option and let ONO match you based on interests, preferences and vibe.
Shared rooms pair boys with boys, girls with girls and pairs with pairs. Solo Bed Upgrades are available.
